This much-revered wood-and-stone temple, constructed in 1553, has a three-tier pagoda-style roof plus conical top. The wooden doorway is richly carved with figures of gods, animals and dancers, and the outside walls are adorned with antlers and ibex horns. The setting, amid towering deodar cedar trees around 2km northwest of central Manali, would be magical were it not for hordes of selfie-takers. They seek a nearby range of ‘attractions’, including photo-with-yak opportunities, a funfair and a trinket market.Hidimba Devi Temple, also known as the Dhungiri Temple, is one of the most famous and religious temples in Manali. This four story, wooden temple is situated in the middle of the Dhungiri Van Vihar forest and is dedicated to Devi Hidimba, a character from the Mahabharata. A large number of people come here, not just for prayers but also to witness the beauty manifested in the construction of this temple.
2. SALONG VALLEY

3. ROHTANG PASS
A very popular tourist destination near Manali, Rohtang Pass is also known as Rohtang La. Located at an altitude of around 4000 meters from sea level, Rohtang is famous amongst tourists as a place to see snow round the year. It is one of the most visited destinations in Himachal Pradesh by families during summers as there is snow in abundance where one can indulge in snow sports. Rohtang pass also connects the Kullu valley with Lahaul and Spiti. Moreover, it is also used to by the tourist of Leh who travel by bike and cars.
Rohtang Pass is also known as the Snow Point of Manali and a large number of people come to visit this place. In the winter, the mountains of the Rohtang Pass are completely covered in snow and it is closed from October until May.
